SUMMARY:British Masters Marathon Championships
DESCRIPTION:This entry is for masters athletes (anyone over the age of 35) who wish to compete in the British Masters Marathon Championships.  This is part of the Isle of Man marathon and first all you must enter the Isle of Man Marathon itself here.  This also give you information about the race and how to get there. \nIf you wish more of a challenge\, then there is the NO REST FOR THE WICKED series of 5 more shorter races around the beautiful Isle of Man in successive days after the marathon\,  The cost of entry to the full series is an additional £30 to be paid locally. \nUKA Registration is mandatory for all championship competitors (except for overseas athletes who are not members of a registered club in the UK) \nCost of entry to the championships: \n\nBMAF Area Club members: Free\nNon-members: £7\n\nClosing date for Championship entries: 31/07/2026 \nFor further information regarding joining the area club who hosts competitions in your region of the UK\, refer to the BMAF website. \nMedals will be awarded to first three in each five-year age category from 35 to 100+. \nNewcomers: you can also register with the BMAF for news of British Masters Athletics events and other items of general interest relating to masters athletics\,  You can tailor this to match your athletics interests in your “Athlete Profile” via the BMAF Opentrack home page \nThe Isle of Man promises a warm welcome to all those entering.\nMo Kelly\, IOMVAC membership secretary
