Each athlete will have 6 throws\n100m and 200m will include a ‘Cup Double’ competition. Compete in both and the person with the highest combined age grade will win the ‘Cup Double’ competition. One male prize and one female prize.\nWeight implements will not be available as stadium implements. The London Masters International aims to not only showcase the best in athletics but to foster a sense of camaraderie\, unity\, and sportsmanship among athletes and supporters of our sport of all backgrounds. \nAll events are open to athletes from age of 30.
