British Masters 30k Multi-Terrain Championships
June 28

This entry is for masters athletes (anyone over the age of 35) who wish to compete in the British Masters 30k Trail Championships. This is part of the North Downs 30k Trail Race but you should only pay for your BMAF championship entry here and separately enter the race itself. If you forget, we will remind you, since you must enter both in order to compete in the British Masters 30K Trail Championships.
Please note this is a change to the procedure we used in previous years.
British Masters entries will close on 14/06/2026.
However entries may close earlier if we reach the maximum number allocated to us.

Please enter your BMAF area club as your team code or use your first claim club code if you are registered with BMAF but you are not a current area club member. Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national country code.

Based on your answers, here's the shape of a basic program to get you moving in the right direction.
Training

1 strength session — masters-specific conditioning
Nutrition
Session-day fuelling — eat with your training load, not against it
Recovery basics — hydration, protein timing, and sleep habits
This is just the outline. The full program — personalised to everything you told us, with session-by-session training, nutrition guidance, and coaching support — lives inside the app.
