Final decisions always remain with the user.
AI systems have limitations.

illness or injury;
environmental factors;
competition schedules;
equipment;
weather;

generate reports;
support communication with athletes.
Coaches remain fully responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing it with athletes.
AI should enhance coaching—not replace professional expertise.
Athletes should:
review recommendations critically;
stop training if they experience pain or concerning symptoms;
report injuries accurately;
update training information regularly;
seek medical advice where appropriate;
understand that AI cannot predict every circumstance.
Athletes remain responsible for all training and competition decisions.
