BMAF Throws Pentathlon, 10000m and 1 mile championships and Open Events

Only athletes aged 35 and older can enter this event. You also need to be registered with UKA or be an overseas visitor.
If you have a current BMAF area club membership (with 2 or more memberships, you can choose which one to represent), you will automatically receive the discounted price as follows:

Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will then be confirmed.
Throws Pentathlon Events: Hammer, Shot, Discus, Javelin, Weight
Championship Track Events: 10000m, 10000m walk, 1 mile, 1 mile walk
Open Events: 100m, 200m, 400m, long jump, triple jump

Please note:
1. Number collection on the day. Registration closes at least 1 hour before each event.
2. As with all combined events – there will be 3 trials for each of the throws events.
3. No stadium ‘weight’ implements will be available. Athletes will need to either provide their own or share another athlete’s implement.
4. Track age groups may change dependent upon entries.
5. In the Open Events – an age graded ‘Cup’ competition will be held. The highest age graded performance in each gender will be awarded the overall winner of the Open Events.
5. Athletes competing in either or both the long jump and triple jump will get 6 jumps.
