British Masters Open Event. 5k & Pentathlon

Only athletes aged 35 and older can enter this event. You also need to be registered with UKA or be an overseas visitor.
If you have a current BMAF area club membership (with 2 or more memberships, you can choose which one to represent), you will automatically receive the discounted price as follows:

Medals per event/age group category. No standards required.
Overseas visitors without a UKA registration should enter their national team code and their entry will then be confirmed.
Pentathlon Male Events: Long Jump, Javelin, 200m, Discus, 1500m
Pentathlon Female Events: Short Hurdles, High Jump, Shot, Long Jump, 800m
Open Events: 100m, 200m, Steeplechase, Shot, Weight, Relays – 4 x 100m, 4x 800m,

Notes:
- Shot and Weight will have limited capacity of 20 athletes. Each athlete will have 6 throws
- 100m and 200m will include a ‘Cup Double’ competition. Compete in both and the person with the highest combined age grade will win the ‘Cup Double’ competition. One male prize and one female prize.
- Weight implements will not be available as stadium implements. Athletes will need to provide their own or hope that other athletes will be willing to share.
