INVITATION TO OFFICIATE
On behalf of the EMA Council and the Torun 2026 Local Organising Committee, we are pleased to invite International Volunteer Officials, who are passionate about athletics and eager to build new global connections, to apply to officiate at the 2026 EMA Indoor Championships in Torun, Poland.
Application Process
- The application deadline is 31 October 2025. Unfortunately, late applications cannot be considered.
- Notifications of appointments will be sent in early November, following the evaluation of applications.
Support for Officials
The LOC will provide:
- A uniform package
- Working meals during the event
- Shared accommodation (single rooms available at an additional cost)
- Official arrival: 25 March 2026 | Departure: 3 April 2026
Please note that travel expenses, general personal costs, and medical insurance coverage remain the responsibility of each official.
