EMA, LOC and Opentrack will make available an online confirmation system for the Madeira 2025 EMACS.
This can be done either via a personalized link every athlete will receive, or by logging into the personal OpenTrack account used for registration.
Online confirmation will open on 2 October.
Each athlete will receive the link and detailed instructions a few days earlier.
If an athlete does not have an OpenTrack account because someone else registered him, and he wants to be confirmed online, he must make sure that this person confirms the participation on his behalf.
Besides online confirmation, which will be available throughout the Championships, the athlete can also:
·confirm at the Welcome Centre at Ribeira Brava Stadium, or
·ask the team manager to do it on his behalf
Important: the confirmation deadline is 6 PM the day before the event, whichever method is chosen.
No confirmation on time = no start.
Confirmation is not required for non-stadia events: 10 km Road Race, Half Marathon, Cross Country, 10 km Road Walk, and 20 km Road Walk.
